On Saturday morning February 8, 2014 at 9 a.m. pst David Gans kicked off the annual KPFA Grateful Dead Marathon that aired until 1 a.m. pst on Sunday February 9, 2014. Over the course of the 16-hour broadcast, Gans aired a bounty of unreleased and previously-unheard music by the Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia and related artists. source
