Les Paul June 9, 1915 – August 13, 2009

The Wizard of Waukesha has been gone since 2009, but this weekend it will seem as if he's plugged back in.

After more than a decade of fundraising, planning and memorabilia-gathering, a permanent exhibit about legendary musician and inventor Les Paul will go on view in the Waukesha County Museum (near Milwaukee, Wisconsin), in the town where he was born and buried. It opens to the public Sunday June 9, 2013, Paul's 98th birthday. MORE HERE
