In a speech at Clive Davis’ pre-Grammys gala turned Whitney Houston memorial Saturday (2/11/2012) singer Tony Bennett called for the legalization of drugs. Though Houston’s cause of death has yet to be revealed, many are speculating that it was drug-related, as the singer publicly struggled with addiction for many years. Bennett recently mourned the substance-related death of Amy Winehouse, his collaborator on the now Grammy-winning duet “Body And Soul” from the now Grammy-winning album "Duets II". source
