Actor Jeff Bridges will record a solo album for the Blue Note Records division of EMI, the label said Tuesday. According to the statement, he “will contribute several of his own compositions” and perform songs by Stephen Bruton and John Goodwin, Greg Brown, Bo Ramsey, Tom Waits and others. MORE HERE
