on Lightning Rod Records. The album will be release just before his 75th birthday on August 16, 2014.The long-time, storied Country Outlaw songwriter has teamed up with his old buddy Willie Nelson to release a duet called “Hard to Be an Outlaw” (below) that puts new school, fake Country Outlaws and other country music interlopers in its cross-hairs.
