Johnny Marr surprised fans at the legendary Fillmore in San Francisco on Saturday night (April 13, 2013) by pulling an old friend up on stage: Billy Duffy of The Cult, who joined Marr and his band to rip through “I Fought the Law” (above) — the 1958 classic by The Crickets’ Sonny Curtis popularized by the Bobby Fuller Four and The Clash — and The Smiths’ “How Soon Is Now”
